Company bullish about development prospects

Taurus Developments, based in London and Bath, is developing more than 2ha for industrial and warehouse use in a speculative scheme.

The site comprises 2.35ha gross/1.94ha net and is set within the established industrial and distribution location of Cranes Farm Industrial area, next to the A127 London to Southend link.
As development manager and co-investor with LaSalle Investment Management, Taurus will build four detached units ranging from 1,207sq m – 3,250sq m. The total built development will be 8,652sq m gross internal area.
The company sees the attraction of the scheme, called Genesis, in the lack of opportunities in this market, together with an expectation of further demand in this established base for industrial and warehouse businesses.
The premises would be suitable for industrial, warehouse and trade counter uses and will be available on new full repairing and insuring leases.
